loves Ace-Cool (doesn't react to his bumbling in her presence)

wears a porcelaine mask and a dress so we can see her
hair is shower of sparks
floats just above ground, light glows out from under her dress
gold trim power-band on dress in shape of ankh
never surfs on a board (has no feet, just sparkles)
so she always body surfs - in the water, in the air, anywhere!
Able to fly forming rainbow bridge with her body of light
Others surf on her light-bridge to travel to anywhere
goes into Kahuna's tiny hut (gateway) to transport others somewhere else
